Once shipped, your order will arrive within 7 to 14 business days for United States and United Kingdom, other countries can take up to 20 to business days, depending on how fast customs clearances takes place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. For returns, All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
